The City announced over $17 million in federal funding for two City of Pickering zero carbon community infrastructure projects - the Pickering Heritage & Community Centre, and the Redman House Program Centre improvement project. As a key milestone of Pickering’s sustainability journey, the community centre will be the City’s first zero carbon design facility.

Description
