A36Installation of Sub-meter at Key Town of Whitby Facilities

The Zero Carbon Whitby Plan recommends measurement and verification of zero carbon actions that will be implemented and actual the GHG reductions to be reported on an annual basis. As such, the Town is installing sub-meters across all municipal facilities (by identifying a facility each year) to measure the true power and energy consumption at the equipment level.
