Project aims to advance urban renewal and climate action in Ajax's urban areas through neighbourhood-focused intitiatives that could include renewable energy retrofits, water and energy conservatoin programs, revitalization of parks and public spaces, stormwater management, flood protection, and tower revitalization.

The Ajax SNAP is being delivered for its third year in 2025. In addition, the South Ajax Residential Retrofit Program was delivered for its second year in 2025 to host home consultations to promote energy and stormwater retrofits to homes within the SNAP neighbourhood. In 2025, the Ajax SNAP Resiliency Strategy will be completed.
